Digital Coupons

When you sign up for Homeland Rewards, you can clip digital coupons directly to your Rewards Card or account.

How to Link Your Rewards Card to Your Online Account

Link your Homeland Rewards Card to your homelandstores.com account to be able to clip digital coupons to your card! You can clip digital coupons from the Homeland website or Homeland app.

Here's how to get set up.

  • Get a Homeland Rewards Card
    • You can get a Rewards Card in store at the customer service counter.
  • Register or sign in to homelandstores.com (can be done from the website or Homeland App)
    • If you don't have an account, visit homelandstores.com and select "Register". Fill out the form to create your account. Be sure to enter your Rewards Card number when registering.
    • If you already have an account, sign in.
  • Link your Homeland Rewards Card to your homelandstores.com account
    • If you haven't already, go to "My Account", then "Update Profile".
    • Enter your Homeland Rewards Card number in the "My Homeland Rewards Card" field and click submit.

Once you've linked your Homeland Rewards Card to your homelandstores.com account, you're ready to clip digital coupons directly to your card!

Please note, you must have your Homeland Rewards Card linked to your online account to be able to clip digital coupons directly to your Card.

  • Log in to Homelandstores.com from a computer or mobile device, or the Homeland App
  • Go to the Digital Coupons page (under Coupons)
  • Select the digital coupon you'd like to add to your Card
  • Click "CLIP"

The digital coupon is now loaded to your Card and you're ready to shop! When you're in the store, all you need to do is pick up the item, and have the cashier scan your Homeland Rewards Card or provide your phone number when you're at the register.

What are digital coupons?

Digital coupons are digital offers available to Homeland Rewards members on homelandstores.com and the Homeland App. Digital Coupons are redeemed electronically and do not require a physical coupon.


Do I need a Homeland Rewards Card to use digital coupons?

Yes, you need a Rewards Card to clip and redeem digital coupons.

Your rewards card number must be linked to your homelandstores.com account online to clip digital coupons.

Your rewards card acts as the trigger at the register to redeem digital coupons. Your phone number can also be linked to your Homeland Rewards account as an alternate ID. If you don't have your physical card at the register, a clerk can look up your Rewards Account by phone number.


Do I need an account on homelandstores.com to get digital coupons?

Yes. You must have an account and be signed in to view and clip digital coupons.


Do I need to have my Homeland Rewards with me to redeem my digital coupons?

No. If you've added your phone number to your homelandstores.com account, a clerk can look up your Rewards Account by phone number.


How do I set up an online account on homelandstores.com?

You can set up an account one of two ways.

  • Visit homelandstores.com from a PC or mobile device and select "Register". Complete the form and click "Submit".
  • Download the Homeland App from the App Store or Google Play, click "sign in or register", then select "create account". Complete the form and click "save account".

Is there an app I can use?

Yes! Download the Homeland App from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in or register, link your Rewards Card, and clip digital coupons in the app.

The log in credentials you create will work on both the website and the app.


How do I clip digital coupons?

Please note, you must have your Homeland Rewards Card linked to your online account to be able to clip digital coupons directly to your card.

  • Log in to Homelandstores.com or the Homeland App
  • Go to the Digital Coupons page (under Coupons)
  • Select the digital coupon you'd like to add to your Card
  • Click "CLIP"

How do I use a digital coupon?

Once the coupon has been clipped to your card, you simply need to scan your Rewards Card or provide your phone number when checking out. If the purchase requirements on the coupon are met, the coupon is automatically deducted from your purchase.


Can I see the digital coupons I have on my card?

Yes. Select the Clipped Coupons tab to view the coupons available and when they expire.


Can I combine a digital coupon and a paper coupon for the same item?

How do I know that my digital coupon was deducted from my purchase?

On your receipt you'll see the amount of the coupon as a deduction directly below the item if you card is scanned at the beginning of the transaction, or listed at the bottom of the receipt if you card is scanned at the end of the transaction.


What if my digital coupon is not deducted?

Please contact the corporate office at customerservice@hacretail.com and provide the following information: Your phone number, your rewards card number, receipt number, date of transaction, the store shopped, and the coupon that didn't work. A customer service representative will pull the transaction history to determine why the coupon didn't trigger at the register.

As part of Homeland's dedication to providing its customers a quality shopping experience at a low cost, we accept valid paper, digital (clipped to one's card), and free coupons according to the following guidelines

General

  • Customers must pay sales tax as required by state law.
  • Coupons should have a scannable bar code.
  • Coupons must be redeemed for items indicated on the coupon and presented to the cashier with the corresponding items at the time of checkout.
  • Valid internet coupons will be accepted. Internet coupons must have the entire coupon border, including dashed lines, intact.
  • We accept valid manufacturer coupons with a reimbursement address that names another retailer with wording that says "available at..." or "redeemable at...".
  • We do not accept coupons that say "redeem at...", "only at..." or that simply list the name of another retailer.
  • The number of coupons cannot exceed the number of items in the transaction, nor can the value of the coupons exceed the current purchase price of the items in the transaction. If the coupon's value is greater than the current purchase price, no cash back will be given and it will not be applied to the remaining balance of the transaction.
  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
  • Expired coupons, photocopied coupons or coupons for items not carried in our store will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept coupons that have been purchased, sold, transferred, or mass-cut.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of coupons.
  • We reserve the right to reject coupons.

Double Coupons

  • Manufacturer coupons with a face value of 50c or less will be doubled when customers use their Homeland One Card. Coupons with a face value greater than 50c will be redeemed at face value.
  • Doubling is limited to one like-item coupon per family, per day. Additional like-item coupons will be redeemed at face value.
  • The doubled amount cannot exceed the current purchase price of the merchandise. If the doubled coupon's value is greater than the current purchase price, no cash back will be given and it will not be applied to the remaining balance of the transaction.
  • Carbonated beverages, soda pop, cigarettes, beer, retailer, in-store, free-item, and coupons stating "do not double" cannot be doubled.

Multiple Coupons

  • Only one valid manufacturer and one valid Homeland coupon can be accepted for the purchase of a single item. If the coupons' combined value is greater than the current purchase price, no cash back will be given and it will not be applied to the remaining balance of the transaction.
  • Only one valid manufacturer coupon OR one digital coupon can be accepted for the purchase of a single item.
  • For in-store coupons valued at a flat dollar amount off total purchase, the specified total purchase must be attained after all other coupons and discounts have been applied.

Sale Items

  • Valid coupons are accepted for sale items.
  • The value of the coupon cannot exceed the current purchase price of the item. If the coupon's value is greater than the current purchase price, no cash back will be given and it will not be applied to the remaining balance of the transaction.
  • When items are priced at Buy One Get One FREE, one coupon can be used per item, but the net purchase price cannot fall below $0.00 for the items when the coupons are applied. Only one applicable coupon can be doubled. If the coupons' combined value is greater than the current purchase price, no cash back will be given and it will not be applied to the remaining balance of the transaction.
