Meat Cutter
Jason is a meat cutter at our Duncan store who recently celebrated his one-year anniversary with Homeland He was chosen by leadership as a HAC champion. He enjoys his job and "I know the product I put out is solid and that makes me happy". Jason expressed his satisfaction with leadership. "I like that all the managers in every department are proactive if they see a certain department is struggling, they'll jump over and immediately help that department. I like that we are an employee-owned store and our thoughts and comments matter. If we talk to HR or corporate they actually listen to us."

I have been with HAC, Inc for 8 years and have worked in the grocery business for 26 years. I like working here because of the family atmosphere and teamwork. Hac is a great company to work for short and long term goals and we are employee owned.
